Ingredients

echinacea tea leaves

fresh ginger, chopped
Juice
half a lemon

tsp
honey or maple syrup
Instructions
Boil the water in a small saucepan.
Remove from the heat and stir in the echinacea leaves and the ginger.
Cover and let steep for 12-15 mins.
Strain the liquid and pour into a cup or mug.
Add the lemon and honey/maple syrup and stir well.
