“I signed up for a 3-month programme with Catherine and it was wonderful! I had looked online for tips but so many food suggestions were not available in my context (living in Africa) or left me feeling so hungry that I didn't keep it up for long. Working with Catherine I was able to learn helpful principles of food choices that help my body at this time of my life and using this information I could design a meal plan incorporating the foods that are available here. As a consequence, I have been losing weight, my clothes are starting to fit me again and I have more energy! "Ever since I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2015, I have been working to make positive changes for my health and to learn how to take better care of myself. I made some progress with programs like Noom, but I was struggling with the lack of adequate coaching. Working with Catherine has been a tremendous blessing. She helped me set real, achievable goals, and held me accountable to them. However, she did so in a way that didn't push me, but instead lead me to achieve them and make discoveries about healthy living for myself. She helped me to tackle things that I had never imagined I could. By the end of the program, I had cut my sugar intake by three quarters. Having been addicted to sugary drinks and sugar in general since early childhood, I thought I would never conquer this and so hadn't really tried. Now I can't stand the taste of a soda. I've gone dairy-free and found lots of suitable alternatives that fit my tastes. My husband and I are eating more vegetarian meals and not missing the meat. I'm making a variety of homemade healthy snacks and store-bought snacks aren't even in the house. Over the last several years, walking has become a favorite hobby, but we even took that up a notch by adding another long-distance challenge. I'm really happy with the progress that I have made and am feeling more able to make healthy choices. I plan to continue working with Catherine and would highly recommend the program to others."

"I found the wellness weekend extremely helpful and found the information Catherine delivered has made subtle positive changes to my day to day life.
